Probably the best time I've had at a con since the very first time I went to a con. There was not a single moment of stress this weekend. I was constantly drawing, and loved every minutes of it.

Friday we got there, checked in, and set up shop immediately. However, I'd forgotten to check in with the AA people. I was so excited to set up that I just ran upstairs and found my table. Unbeknownst to me, I should've checked in because apparently you need the blue wristband to get in early and set up... the guy walking by just thought they never gave me one. >_>; What a trouble maker I am!

Saturday I had commissions from the moment we opened to the moment we closed. I made sure to finish every commission before we left the table because last year at A-kon if I took them in to finish overnight they typically... didn't get finished. >_>;;; Also, we had plans to play drunken mario monopoly. Can't do that if you're finishing commissions! lol.

Sunday, finally spent some money on something in the dealers room, which didn't really have much of anything I wanted. 75 dollars on a chun li figure. Now that I'm home I'm not really sure what I was thinking. :/ But I do love me some chun li~ Commissions kept me from leaving at the time I wanted to leave. We left two hours later than I had planned. :< I still have one more to finish and mail out, but since it has an anthro in it, I need to take my sweet time with it, anyway. Anthro's are not really my strong suit. >_>;;;

All in all, good weekend. Most fun I've had in AGES at a con, and drawing til my hand cramped rekindled my absolute love for the hobby, once more restoring my faith in my abilities. It also helped that I got many butt pats on my sailor moon marker pic.
